Prepare the Lime
Cut the lime into wedges and place it in a glass.
Muddle
Add the sugar to the lime and muddle them together to release the lime juice.
Add Cachaça
Pour the cachaça over the muddled lime and sugar mixture.
Mix with Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir the mixture well.
Garnish
Add fresh mint leaves on top and stir gently.
Create the House Cocktail
If desired, muddle fresh fruit with the lime and sugar before adding cachaça.
Finish with Club Soda
Top off the drink with a splash of club soda for a refreshing twist.
