Gather Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: Eastern Kille barrel finished gin, rye whiskey, Genepy l'epicea, orgeat syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Angostura bitters.
Prepare Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Mixing
Add Gin
Pour 2 oz of Eastern Kille barrel finished gin into the shaker.
Add Rye Whiskey
Add 1 oz of rye whiskey to the shaker.
Add Genepy
Pour in 0.5 oz of Genepy l'epicea.
Add Orgeat Syrup
Incorporate 0.5 oz of orgeat syrup into the mix.
Add Lemon Juice
Squeeze in 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the shaker.
Shake Mixture
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine all ingredients.
Serving
Strain Cocktail
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
