Cooking Instructions

1

Prep the Steak

Start by taking the top sirloin steak out of the refrigerator and letting it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps it cook evenly.

2

Marinate the Steak

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Gaucho seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. If desired, add crushed garlic cloves and fresh rosemary sprigs on top for added flavor. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 230-260°C). If using a grill pan, heat it on medium-high heat.

4

Grill the Steak

Place the marinated steak on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Adjust the time for your desired level of doneness.

5

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute. Slice against the grain and serve.
