Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Steak
Take the rib eye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Season the Steaks
Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Add Aromatics
Smash the garlic cloves slightly and place them along with the rosemary sprigs on the grill grates.
Grill the Steak
Place the rib eye steaks on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for preferred doneness.
Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.
Serve
Slice the steaks against the grain and serve with the grilled garlic and rosemary for added flavor.
