Combine Crust and Filling
Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake the Cheesecake
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Cool and Chill
Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
