In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of Strawberry Aperitif Wine, 1 oz of Blue Curacao, 1 oz of Vodka, 2 tbs of Lemon Juice, and 1 tbs of Simple Syrup.

Combine Ingredients

Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker. Secure the lid tightly.

Add Ice

Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Shake Well

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Strain and Pour

Garnish the drink with 2 slices of fresh strawberries and 4 mint leaves.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Preheat the Oven

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

Combine Wet Ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Combine Mixtures

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Add Chocolate Chips

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Bake

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
