Prepare BBQ Aioli
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Dish
On a plate, layer the crispy bacon, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and add onion strings. Drizzle with BBQ aioli.
