Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage links and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides.

Prepare the Sausage

Once the sausages are browned, add minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).

Season and Finish

Remove sausages from skillet, and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
