In a small saucepan, combine equal parts honey and water. Heat over low heat, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved. Allow it to cool before using.

In a cocktail shaker, add the Prosperity Rum, grapefruit juice, and honey simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
