    Prepare the Chicken

    Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

    Slice the Chicken

    Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice the chicken into thin strips.

    Prepare the Buns

    While the chicken is resting, slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly on the same skillet until golden brown.

    Assemble the Sliders

    Spread a layer of pesto sauce on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun. Top with sliced chicken, fresh mozzarella, and slices of Roma tomatoes. Add the top half of the bun.

    Serve

    Serve the sliders warm with additional pesto on the side, if desired.
