Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Shake off any excess batter.

Place the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in a bowl with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
