Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the campanelle or fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

3

Prepare the Sauce

Add the crushed tomatoes to the skillet with the shrimp. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

4

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

5

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions on top.
