1. Prepare the Steak

Remove the tomahawk steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps it cook evenly.

2. Season the Steak

Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

3. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F or 230°C).

4. Grill the Steak

Place the tomahawk steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time according to your preferred doneness.

5. Grill the Lemon and Vegetables

While the steak is grilling, slice the lemon in half and place it cut-side down on the grill for about 2-3 minutes until charred. Also, add seasonal vegetables to the grill and cook until tender.
