Margarita Mix Preparation
Prepare the Margarita Mix
In a pitcher, combine lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec, and tequila. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Peach Mixture Preparation
Make the Peach Mixture
In a blender, add the fresh peaches, peach schnapps, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water to reach your desired consistency.
Glass Preparation
Prepare the Glasses
If desired, rim your glasses with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into a plate of salt.
Assembly
Assemble the Drink
In each prepared glass, pour a layer of the margarita mix, followed by a layer of the peach mixture. Stir gently to combine. Add ice if desired.
Garnishing
Garnish the Drink
Top each drink with fresh mint leaves and peach slices for garnish.
