Tea Ingredients

2 tsp Yunnan black tea leaves1 cups Water1 tsp Sugar or honey2 tbs Milk (optional)

Method

Brewing Instructions

Boil Water

Bring 1 cup of fresh water to a rolling boil in a kettle.

Add Tea Leaves

Add 2 teaspoons of Yunnan black tea leaves into a teapot or infuser.

Steep the Tea

Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let them steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.

Strain and Serve

Strain the tea into a cup, discarding the tea leaves. Add sugar or honey to taste, and milk if desired.

Stir well and enjoy your cup of Yunnan Pearl black tea.
