Prepare the Ladyfingers

Make the Coffee Mixture
In a shallow dish, combine the warm espresso coffee, sugar, and coffee liqueur. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Soak the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring that they are soaked but not soggy. Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
Prepare the Mascarpone Cream

Whisk the Egg Yolks
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

Add Mascarpone
Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth and well combined.

Whip the Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Layer the Cream
Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the layer of ladyfingers in the dish.

Dip and layer the remaining ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone cream.

Top with Remaining Cream
Spread the remaining mascarpone cream over the second layer of ladyfingers.
Finish and Chill

Using a fine-mesh sieve, dust the top layer of mascarpone cream with cocoa powder.
