Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

Prepare the Pancetta
While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and pancetta. Cook until the pancetta is crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Mix the Eggs and Cheese
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Add a generous amount of black pepper and mix again.

Combine Pasta and Pancetta
Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti. Immediately add the hot spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta and mix well.

Season with additional black pepper and salt to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
