Method

Base Preparation

1

Brew Espresso

Brew 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine. Once brewed, set aside.

2

Steam Milk

In a separate container, steam 1 cup of milk until hot and frothy. Make sure not to boil the milk.

3

Combine Ingredients

In a large cup, combine the brewed espresso, steamed milk, and 2 tablespoons of white chocolate syrup. Stir well to mix.

Raspberry Sauce Preparation

4

Prepare Raspberry Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh raspberries, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.

Assembly

5

Layer the Drink

In the cup with the white mocha mixture, pour a generous layer of raspberry sauce on top.

6

Top with Whipped Cream

Add 1 cup of whipped cream on top of the drink.

7

Garnish

Finish off by adding 5 fresh raspberries and 2 tablespoons of white chocolate shavings as garnish.
