Combine ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 6 large ice cubes, 2 oz Hibiki Harmony, 0.5 oz Oloroso sherry, 0.5 oz sweet vermouth, 0.25 oz dry curaçao, 2 dashes Angostura bitters and 1 dash orange bitters.
Stir
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture steadily for 30–40 seconds (about 20–30 revolutions) until well chilled and properly diluted (softly chilled, slightly viscous texture).
Garnish
Drop one Luxardo (or Amarena) cherry into the glass and rest the expressed orange peel on the rim or float it. Serve immediately.
Tasting notes: The Hibiki Harmony brings a soft floral and honeyed base, Oloroso adds nutty, dried-fruit richness, sweet vermouth balances with herbal sweetness and the curaçao and orange bitters add bright citrus lift, finishing as a refined Manhattan-style cocktail with a subtle Japanese character.
