Gather Ingredients

Place a sherry glass into the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.

Chill the Glass

In a mixing glass, pour 120 ml of Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, followed by 60 ml of Lustau East India Solera, and 60 ml of Lustau Amontillado Sherry.

Combine the Sherries

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
