Ingredients for Scotch Beef Sliders
Method
Directions for Making Scotch Beef Sliders
Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground Scotch beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well and form into 8 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty, cover the skillet, and allow the cheese to melt.
Prepare the Buns
While the beef patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan or under the broiler until golden.
Assemble the Sliders
Place each beef patty on a toasted bun, top with horseradish cream, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Add the top bun.
Serve with Au Jus
Serve the sliders warm with a side of au jus for dipping.
