Burrito Filling

Method

Assembly and Cooking

1

Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chorizo sausage, carne asada, refried beans, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

2

Assemble the Burritos

Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the filling mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Add a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa on top of the filling. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll from the bottom up to create a burrito.

3

Cook the Burritos

In a skillet over medium heat, place the assembled burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.

4

Serve

Serve the burritos hot, garnished with lime wedges and additional salsa on the side.
