Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the crème de violette and Aperol aperitif. Add ice cubes and shake well to chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Top the drink with soda water and cava, gently stirring to combine.
