Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Espolon Reposado Tequila, Prunier L'Orange, and Strawberry Pink Peppercorn Shrub. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
