Brew a fresh shot of espresso and set aside.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, Irish cream, and coffee liqueur. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a coffee cup or glass and add the brewed espresso. Stir gently to combine.
