Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruit

Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half. If using mango, peel and dice the flesh.

2

Make Sugar Syrup

In a saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

3

Blend Ingredients

In a blender, add the chopped fruit, cooled sugar syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

4

Strain (Optional)

If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds.

5

Freeze the Mixture

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker. If using a shallow dish, place it in the freezer and stir every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

6

Serve

Once the sorbet is frozen and has a fluffy texture, scoop it into small cups or bowls. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mini sorbet!
