Method

Prepare Glass & Ice

1

Chill glass

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice to chill while you build the cocktail, or place the glass in the freezer for a few minutes.

2

Discard chilling ice (if used) and fill the serving glass about three-quarters full with fresh ice.

Build Cocktail

3

Combine spirits and liqueurs

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 45 ml white rum, 30 ml vodka, 15 ml blanco tequila, 20 ml elderflower liqueur, and 10 ml vanilla syrup.

4

Shake to combine

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the mix, ensuring the vanilla syrup integrates with the spirits and liqueur.

5

Strain into glass

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the fresh ice, leaving room for mixers (about 1–2 cm from the rim).

Finish & Garnish

6

Add juices and soda

Pour 60 ml cranberry juice over the strained spirits, then top with 90 ml chilled Sprite. Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine without flattening the soda.

7

Adjust acidity

Squeeze a lime wedge over the top to add brightness (optional) and drop the wedge into the drink if desired.

8

Garnish and serve

Garnish with an edible flower or a fresh mint sprig on the rim or floated on top. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
