1

Prepare glass

Select a highball or tall Collins glass (12–16 oz). Fill the glass about three-quarters full with cubed ice to properly chill and maintain dilution.

2

Build base spirits

In a cocktail shaker (or mixing tin) combine Blue Curaçao (1 oz), tequila (1 oz), vodka (1 oz), white rum (1 oz), gin (1 oz), fresh lime juice (0.75 oz), and simple syrup (0.5 oz). Add a handful of ice to the shaker.

3

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch and the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted.

4

Strain over ice

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared tall glass over the fresh ice, leaving room at the top for the energy drink.

5

Top with Red Bull

Gently pour 4 oz chilled Red Bull (or other energy drink) over the back of a bar spoon or slowly down the inside of the glass so it layers slightly and preserves effervescence. Do not stir vigorously; a gentle lift-and-pour is enough to combine while keeping some sparkle.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw, and advise drinkers about the combination of alcohol and caffeine.
