Cracker Preparation

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.

2. Add Wet Ingredients

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough comes together.

3. Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

4. Roll Out the Dough

Divide the dough into two portions. Roll each portion out thinly using a rolling pin.
