Cocktail

Optional (for a creamier finish)

Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a rocks glass or coupe in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink to chill.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 6 pieces of ice, 3 oz Front Porch Café Cold Brew, 1.5 oz Tito's vodka, 0.75 oz Kahlúa, and 0.25 oz simple syrup.

3

Shake

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. The goal is to chill the mixture thoroughly and create a slight froth from the cold brew and Kahlúa.

4

Strain

Discard the ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the shaken cocktail into the chilled glass over fresh ice if you prefer on-the-rocks, or neat if you prefer no ice.

5

Optional cream float

If using cream or half-and-half, gently pour 0.5 oz over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top of the cocktail for a layered look and creamier mouthfeel.

6

Garnish

Place 3 whole coffee beans on top of the cream float or directly on the drink surface as a garnish. Serve immediately.
