Method

Glass & Garnish

1

Prepare glass

Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill briefly with ice water and discard before use.

2

Using the chocolate syrup, create swirls inside the chilled glass: hold the glass at an angle and drizzle about 1–2 tablespoons of syrup around the inner wall while rotating so the syrup forms decorative streaks from rim to base. Place prepared glass upright in the freezer for 1–2 minutes to set the syrup slightly.

3

If you want a textured rim, pour the optional mini chocolate chips or grated chocolate onto a small plate. Lightly wet the glass rim with a drop of syrup and dip just the edge into the chocolate. Set aside.

Cocktail

4

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker: add ice cubes, 1.5 oz Stoli Vanil, 1 oz Chocolat chocolate liqueur, 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream and 0.5 oz heavy cream or half-and-half (if using).

5

Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is well-chilled and the mixture is slightly frothy. A vigorous shake helps to slightly aerate the cream for a silkier texture.

6

Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into the prepared chocolate-swirled glass. Pour gently over the center so the swirls remain visible.

7

Finish with garnish: sprinkle a light dusting of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder over the top or float a few mini chocolate chips if desired.

8

Serve immediately with a short cocktail spoon or straw as preferred.
