Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Pueblo Viejo Blanco, 0.5 oz of La Luna Mezcal, 0.75 oz of Golden Falernum, 0.5 oz of Luxardo Maraschino, and 0.75 oz of fresh lime juice.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of bitters into the shaker with the other ingredients.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Cocktail
Remove the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth pour.
