Method
For the Sriracha Marinated Steak
- 1
Marinate the Steak
In a large bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the flank steak and ensure it is fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 to 2 hours.
- 2
Cook the Steak
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Grill or sear the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
For the Spicy Slaw
- 3
Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Fold in the chopped cilantro and set aside.
For the Sriracha Cream
