Dip Preparation

1

Cook the Chorizo

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

2

Combine Dip Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chorizo, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

3

Heat the Dip

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and slightly bubbly.

4

Garnish

Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish. Serve warm.
