Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Remy Martin Cognac, Amaretto Liqueur, and Pineapple Juice.
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid.
Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry before serving.
