Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Semi-dry Riesling has aromas of orange blossom, lavender and pear with a zesty fruit finish.

Harvest the Riesling grapes and crush them to release the juice. Ensure that the grapes are ripe and free from rot.

Harvesting and Crushing

In a fermentation vessel, combine the crushed grapes with water. Add the yeast and sugar. Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature for about 2-3 weeks, stirring occasionally.

Fermentation

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. Collect the liquid in a clean container.

Pressing

Allow the wine to settle for a few days. You can also use fining agents to help clarify the wine.

Clarification

Transfer the clarified wine into oak barrels or stainless steel tanks to age for at least 6 months. This will enhance the flavors and aromas.

Aging

Once aging is complete, bottle the wine and seal it properly. It can be stored for further aging or enjoyed right away.
