Preparation
Chill the Champagne
Ensure the champagne is well chilled before serving, ideally in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled champagne and peach nectar. Stir gently to mix.
Serve
Pour the Bellini into champagne flutes, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
Garnish (Optional)
If desired, garnish with a slice of fresh peach on the rim of each glass.
