Brewing Instructions

1

Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of fresh, filtered water to a boil. Ensure that the water reaches a rolling boil for optimal extraction of flavors.

2

Measure the Tea Leaves

While the water is boiling, measure out 2 teaspoons of jasmine green tea leaves. This amount is suitable for the 2 cups of water being used.

3

Steep the Tea

Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 1-2 minutes to reach around 175°F (80°C), which is the ideal temperature for green tea. Add the jasmine green tea leaves to the hot water and steep for 2-3 minutes.

4

Strain the Tea

After steeping, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the tea into cups, ensuring no tea leaves remain in the liquid.

5

Add Honey and Lemon (Optional)

If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness and a slice of lemon for added flavor. Stir gently to combine.

6

Serve

Serve the jasmine green tea hot in your favorite cups and enjoy the aromatic and soothing flavors.
