Coffee Preparation
Brew the Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew 2 shots of espresso. Once brewed, set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the Alcohol
In a shaker, combine the brewed espresso, 1 oz of Stoli Vanilla Vodka, and 1 oz of Baileys Espresso Cream. Shake well until mixed.
Cold Foam Preparation
Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
Assembly
Combine and Serve
In a tall glass, pour the espresso mixture over ice. Top with the whipped cold foam. Garnish with a mini donut on the rim of the glass.
