Preparation

1

Prepare the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Whole Maine Lobster and cook for about 10-12 minutes until bright red and cooked through. Remove and place in ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, crack the lobster and remove the meat. Cut into bite-size pieces.

2

Prepare the Shrimp

Bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Add the Jumbo Shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and place in ice water to stop cooking. Peel and devein the shrimp.

3

Shuck the Oysters

Using an oyster knife, carefully shuck the Gulf Coast Raw Oysters, discarding the top shell. Place them on a platter with their liquid.

4

Prepare Crab Meat

Gently fold the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat into a bowl, ensuring not to break the lumps.

Cocktail Sauce Preparation

5

Mix Cocktail Sauce

In a bowl, combine the Ketchup, Horseradish, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, and Hot Sauce. Mix well and adjust to taste.

Assembly

6

Assemble the Seafood Tower

On a large serving platter or tiered stand, arrange the cooked lobster pieces, Gulf Coast Raw Oysters, Jumbo Shrimp, and Jumbo Lump Crab Meat. Garnish with Lemon Wedges and Fresh Parsley around the seafood.
