Cut the fresh lemon in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Measure out 1 ounce of lemon juice and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, add the Breckenridge vodka, pear sake, yuzu sake, yuzu liqueur, agave syrup, and the freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass or cocktail glass.

If desired, garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
