Mixing
- 1
Combine spirits and mixers
Add 1.5 oz white rum, 0.75 oz Lillet Rosé, 0.5 oz Bully Boy Amaro Rosso, 0.5 oz peach liqueur, and 1.25 oz acid-adjusted pineapple to a cocktail shaker.

- 3
Add ice and shake
Fill the shaker with plenty of ice (enough to chill quickly), secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well chilled.
Serving
- 4
Strain and serve
Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or a rocks glass over fresh ice depending on preference. Use a fine strainer if you want an extra-smooth texture.

Garnish
Float a thin pineapple wedge or a pineapple leaf on the rim and drop a maraschino cherry into the drink (optional). Serve immediately.

Enjoy responsibly — the Beachside balances rum brightness, floral aromatics from Lillet Rosé, bitter-sweet depth from Amaro Rosso and fruity peach and pineapple notes.
