Method

Prepare Glass and Extras

  1. 1

    Chill and ice

If the Vior bottle is not fully chilled, place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or in an ice bucket for 10–15 minutes. Place 1 cup of ice cubes into the serving glass if you prefer your drink very cold.

  2. 2

    Optional sweetening and herbs

If you want a slightly sweeter drink, add 1 teaspoon of simple syrup or sugar to the glass and stir briefly to dissolve. Lightly clap 3–4 fresh mint leaves between your palms to release aroma and add them to the glass.

Pouring the Vior Bottle

  1. 3

Open the chilled Vior bottle carefully. If it is carbonated, open slowly to release pressure. Tilt the glass and pour the bottle contents gently into the glass over the ice, filling to desired level.

Finish and Garnish

  1. 4

Squeeze the lemon or lime wedge over the drink for a bright citrus note, then drop the wedge into the glass if desired. Float a citrus wheel on top, and add a mint sprig for aroma. Give the drink one gentle stir to combine flavors.

  2. 5

Serve immediately while cold. Provide a straw or cocktail stirrer if desired.
