Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

Preheat the Oven

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Wings

Place the wings in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Wash the celery sticks thoroughly and cut them into 3-4 inch pieces.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the potato slices in batches to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Fry the Chips

While the chips are still warm, sprinkle with salt to taste.

Season the Chips

Arrange the wings on a platter, serve with celery sticks, ranch, or blue cheese dressing, and house-made potato chips.

Plate the Dish
