Burger Preparation

1

Make the Whiskey Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and whiskey. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two patties.

3

Cook the Burger Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Place a slice of white cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4

Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, slice the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, spread a layer of whiskey aioli. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles. If desired, top with a fried egg. Finish with the top half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your choice of side.
