Prepare the Dressing

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare the Croutons

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut sourdough bread into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Fry the Capers

In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add capers and fry until they are crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, croutons, and dressing. Toss until well coated. Top with fried capers, crushed pink peppercorns, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
