Directions
Prepare the Au Jus
In a saucepan, heat the beef broth over medium heat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow the broth to simmer for about 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Prepare the Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the brioche buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Assemble the Sliders
Layer the shaved prime rib evenly over the bottom halves of the buns. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the prime rib. Spread a layer of horseradish sauce on the top halves of the buns and place them on top of the sliders.
Bake the Sliders
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve the sliders warm with a side of au jus for dipping. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
