Method

Cooking the Chicken

1

Prepare the Chicken

Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

2

Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.

Making the Alfredo Sauce

3

Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir for about 2-3 minutes until warmed.

4

Add Cheese

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking the Pasta

5

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combining the Dish

6

Combine Everything

Toss the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce. Top with sliced blackened chicken and diced tomatoes.

7

Serve

Serve the Chicken Alfredo warm, accompanied by grilled baguette slices.
