Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Grill the Chicken
Season the hickory smoked chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from grill and slice.
Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add diced heirloom tomatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked pasta, grilled chicken slices, torn basil leaves, and balsamic glaze to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve
Plate the bruschetta chicken pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with grilled baguette slices on the side.
