Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- 2
Stuff the Chicken
Stuff each chicken breast pocket with 2 slices of white American cheese. Make sure the cheese is evenly distributed.
- 3
- 4
Sear the Chicken
In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Season the stuffed chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 5
Bake the Chicken
Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish. Crumble the cooked bacon on top of the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.

Serve
Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle with blue cheese dressing before serving. Enjoy your Stella Blue!
